Bill Tam, Principal
Bill is co-founder and Principal of ThoughtBridge. He has extensive experience as a sales and marketing executive for technology and telecommunications companies. He has particular expertise in corporate strategy, business development, product management and sales and marketing.

Over the past 15 years, Bill has been actively involved in growth initiatives. Bill was the founding marketing executive with the largest competitive telecommunications provider in Canada and pioneered new projects in wireless software, e-commerce, broadband cable TV and Internet services with market leading organizations.

Bill is on the Advisory Board of SpringBank TechVentures, a venture capital firm focused on investments in wireless, telecom and enterprise software companies. He is also on the Advisory Council of Calgary Technologies Inc., an organization focused on promoting the development and growth of advanced technology and knowledge-based industry in Calgary.

Bill graduated with an Masters of Business Administration from the Western Business School, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at McGill University.

Julie Nelson, Principal
Julie is co-founder and Principal of ThoughtBridge. Julie is a seasoned entrepreneur with an extensive track record in technology sales. Her specialization is in sales development, vertical marketing, sales execution and sales programs.

Julie has over 15 years of sales experience in telecommunications and information technology.

As the recipient of numerous President’s Club awards, Julie has consistently demonstrated the ability to define and deliver sales results.

Julie holds a Masters of Business Administration from Queens University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Consumer Behavior from the University of Guelph.
